Will I be getting a truly custom design?
Yes! Every project is proudly human-crafted and thoughtfully designed based on your needs, aesthetic preferences, and industry.
Can you just design me a logo?
We don't offer "just a logo" because we believe that strategy and design go hand in hand. A logo is only one small part of a cohesive brand identity, and not to mention that one logo doesn't work in every space. If you're not ready for a full brand development just yet, come back when you are and we'd love to chat!
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! Projects are billed in two payments. If you're booking in advance, I require a $500 deposit to save your spot, with the remainder billed across the duration of the project.
How long will my project take?
Each project is custom-tailored for you, so I can't guarantee a timeline until we've had a chance to chat about your project. With that said, *most* brand design projects take 4-5 weeks. If you're in a rush, reach out and I’ll see how I can support you. I typically book projects 1-2 months in advance, with payment required ahead of time to secure a start date.
Do I need to have anything ready before we get started?
We typically ask that any project begins with a Pinterest board -- it's so helpful for us to see what inspires you!
I don't see a service I need, can you still help me?
