I worked closely with the owner of Craft Shack to create a cheerful brand badge for makers who believe glue guns and glitter belong on a pedestal. Craft Shack isn’t just a store or workshop space — it’s a creative hub where color, curiosity, and community collide. The goal was to capture that joyful energy in a mark that feels welcoming, expressive, and proudly handmade.
The visual direction leans into bold shapes, playful typography, and a sense of movement that mirrors the creative process itself. The badge-style logo was intentionally designed to feel collectible — something that could live just as easily on stickers, tote bags, aprons, and social graphics as it does on signage. It celebrates the spirit of DIY culture while elevating it with thoughtful design and polish.
Color played a key role in shaping the identity. A bright, optimistic palette reinforces Craft Shack’s inclusive philosophy: creativity is for everyone. The brand doesn’t take itself too seriously, but it takes its community seriously — creating space for beginners, seasoned artists, and anyone in between to experiment freely.
Beyond the core mark, we developed a flexible system that supports workshops, seasonal events, and collaborations. The result is a brand that feels spirited and memorable, grounded in the belief that making things with your hands is worth celebrating.
